BFCM 2026 · SHOPIFY · KLAVIYO · OMNISEND

Your Shopify store, ready for Black Friday.

We prepare your Shopify store and Klaviyo or Omnisend campaigns, from the first offer to repeat purchases.

Clear scope. One coordinated plan. Built around the store and email setup you already have.

Make the campaign work all the way to checkout.

Offers customers understand

A strong email needs a clear destination. Align the offer, landing page, discount rules and delivery message before the traffic arrives.

A launch your team can manage

Agree the campaign calendar, responsibilities and approvals early. Test the mobile purchase journey and have a rollback plan ready.

A reason to come back

Plan the follow-up while you plan the sale. Use relevant post-purchase messages and a clear performance review to decide what comes next.

Relevant experience, in the store and the inbox.

See what a readiness report looks like.

You get a prioritised working document with evidence, a recommended action, an owner and a decision point. The examples below illustrate the format; they are not findings from a client store.

Check: test the planned promotion against welcome discounts and shipping thresholds.

Evidence: cart and checkout screenshots from each agreed test scenario.

Action: confirm which discounts can combine, then validate the selected rules.

Owner: merchant approves the offer; ZAGO tests the implementation.
Decision point: before campaigns are scheduled.

Check: engaged subscribers, recent buyers, VIPs and suppressed contacts.

Evidence: segment definitions and recipient counts, reviewed in the email platform.

Action: agree audiences and exclusions for each send.

Owner: ZAGO prepares; merchant approves.
Decision point: before final campaign approval.

Check: campaign link, product availability, discount, cart and delivery information.

Evidence: a recorded test path and a list of issues with their impact.

Action: resolve launch blockers and re-test.

Owner: ZAGO checks the journey; merchant confirms stock and fulfilment.
Decision point: launch sign-off.

Additional costs: software, apps, platform sending fees and any agreed paid media. Migrations, custom development, full theme redesigns and 24/7 support are outside these packages. Results depend on the offer, audience, stock and store; we do not promise a revenue uplift.

A clear brief keeps the work moving.

You bring the commercial decisions

Approved offers and margins, stock and fulfilment information, brand assets, access to your store and email account, and one person who can consolidate feedback and approve the launch.

We organise and deliver the agreed scope

A named project owner, a working calendar, the agreed production and checks, clear approval points and a handover or report. New requests are scoped before additional work starts.

Before we start.

Yes. We work in either Klaviyo or Omnisend and check your existing integration and setup first. Platform migration is a separate project and is not required to buy a BFCM package.

Not automatically. If the scope and setup are clear, we can start with a production package. If we already maintain your store or recently audited it, we use that context and check for scope overlap.

Yes. We can own the Shopify work, the email production or the combined plan. We agree responsibilities and approval ownership before work starts.

You approve the commercial offer, creative, recipients and sending schedule. We prepare and test the agreed work before it is activated.

David reviews your store, timing and priority, then helps confirm the appropriate scope. You receive a clear offer before placing an order. Submitting the form does not start a paid service or a subscription.

Start with the essentials.

Your store, email platform, launch date and a short brief are enough to start the conversation. Include the package you are considering and an approximate budget.
