Choose a focused first project

01 / CATALOG

Turn supplier data into product fields and draft descriptions. Flag missing facts for your team to review.

Example pilot: 50 products.
One language.

Measure: minutes per approved product, missing fields, and corrections.

02 / SUPPORT

Answer delivery, returns, and product questions using your policies and order data. Hand exceptions to your team.

Example pilot: 100 past tickets.
Three contact reasons.

Measure: resolved cases, reopen rate, and customer satisfaction.

03 / DISCOVERY

Help shoppers find products in stock. Improve search and recommendations using your catalog data.

Example pilot: 20 searches.
One product category.

Measure: failed searches, add-to-cart rate, and revenue per search.

Illustrative example: a 500-product content batch

500

Products in the batch

One language, with usable supplier information and an agreed product template.

6 → 2 MIN

Time per approved product

Assume six minutes manually versus two minutes with AI drafting and human review.

33 HOURS

Potential capacity freed

500 products × 4 minutes ÷ 60 = 33.3 staff hours per batch.

A planning scenario, not a client result. The timings are assumptions to test on your products. Setup, software, and extra quality checks add costs. Time freed is capacity; it becomes a cash saving only when actual costs fall.

THE AI OPPORTUNITY SPRINT

START WITH A
CLEAR DECISION.

Before adding another tool, find where AI could earn its place. We review your workflows, data, and systems with your team.

01 / Map the opportunity
Prioritize what to do first, what needs preparation, and what can wait.

02 / Understand the cost
Estimate setup effort, software, usage, and ongoing maintenance.

03 / Define the pilot
Choose one workflow, a responsible owner, and clear measures of success.

You keep the plan. We agree the sprint fee and dates upfront. Implementation is scoped separately.

FEATURED INDUSTRY CASE / GLAMNETIC

CHANGE THE ADDRESS.
BEFORE DISPATCH.

An address correction can arrive while an order is heading to fulfilment. Glamnetic connected its AI agent to Shopify and ShipMonk so it could check order status, collect the details, and make an eligible change after customer confirmation.

The useful lesson: the workflow needs clear order rules and a working fulfilment connection, as well as a good answer.

How a controlled order-change pilot could work

01 / CHECK

Identify the customer and order. Check fulfilment status and whether a change is still allowed.

02 / COLLECT

Collect the new address and flag missing details, merged orders, or other exceptions.

03 / CONFIRM

Show the proposed change and wait for the customer to confirm it.

04 / UPDATE

Apply permitted changes through the connected systems. Route blocked or failed updates to a person.

For your store: start with one order-change type and agreed eligibility rules. Measure completion before dispatch, incorrect changes, and handovers. The four-step pilot above is an illustrative ZAGO approach inspired by the published case.

Questions before you start

Often, the right starting point is a capability you already have. We assess Shopify and your existing tools before recommending more software. Some tasks are better handled by straightforward rules and automation.

We discuss your store, the task taking up time, its frequency, and the systems involved. Bring one concrete example. We will explain whether a sprint is useful or a smaller known improvement is the better next step.

The sprint is a paid engagement with a fixed scope and fee agreed in advance. A pilot has its own implementation quote. Software subscriptions, usage charges, and any ongoing support are shown separately.

Timing depends on the workflow, data quality, and access to your systems. We agree the sprint dates before starting and provide an implementation schedule when the pilot scope is clear.

Yes. The assessment identifies missing, inconsistent, or outdated information and the work needed to make it usable. Significant data cleanup is scoped separately before implementation.

We agree which data and systems the workflow needs, use appropriate access permissions, and define approval points before rollout. Your team owns business decisions and the accuracy of its source information.

We record a baseline and agree acceptance criteria before building. Depending on the workflow, we measure time, correction rates, reliability, running costs, and adoption. We review those findings before expanding the work.

Account access, configuration, code, documentation, and licence terms are covered in the scope. Your team receives a handover. Ongoing monitoring and improvements are available through a separately agreed care plan.
